The veteran industrial designer Gašper Premože and the woodturning expert Aleksander Zajc are a well-trained team… With them, Gašper developed a new set of kitchen utensils Koho that enables healthier, easier and more agile cooking in contemporary cookware. With these specially designed kitchen spoons we can easily clear and rub bottom and side walls of the cookware, thus the food doesn’t overheat and loose nutrients. Instructions for use: With the straight lower rim of the ladle we can quickly and efficiently clear bottom of the pan, so that the food doesn’t overcook; there is less chance of it burning, and most of all, it keeps its full nutritive value and taste.
The straight sides work as a wiper. When we cook or serve food, we can clear sides of the pots without the tiring repetition, with just one pull.
